May 31, 1920 (Game 19)

New York   11 - Baltimore 1

The Knights took full advantage of 14 hits, 10 walks, and 3 errors, plus excellent pitching from Christopher Henne (1-1) to overwhelm the Canaries.

Pittsburgh 8 - Boston 3

The Hornets jumped on Clippers starter Wayne Breaux (1-1) early, scoring seven runs in the first four innings. Boston attempted to rally, but only managed solo shots by Ernie Johnson (5), Georgie Rincon (1), and a pinch hit home run by Clarence Dow (2).

Washington 4 - Philadelphia (15 innings)

It may have taken 15 innings, but the Washington Statesmen have finally remember how to win, snapping their infamous 13-game losing streak on a bases-loaded sacrifice fly by John Mulligan. The Yellowjackets had jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the 1st on a Dave Rowe double, and appeared to be willing to rely on their staunch pitching for the remainder of the game, until Washington outfielder Al Bradley hit a 3-run homer in the top of the 7th inning. Jack Leary got on base with a pinch-hit single in the 8th and scored the tying run on a Jim Halpin throwing error. Bill Rollinson (1-2) recorded the win, Charlie Dougherty (1-1) the loss, and Frank Olin registered his 3rd save of the season.

Providence 3 - Newark 2

A two-run double by Carl Chase capped a 1st inning was enough to keep the Eagles at bay for the entire game.
