April 22, 1920 (Game 6)

Baltimore 3 - Newark 2
Louie Kramer hit a two-run homer, and a late rally allowed the Canaries to triumphed over the Eagles.
Hal McKnight pitched a perfect 9th for his second save of the season.

Providence 8 - Washington 5

Thanks to Dobie Lutcher's two doubles, and Statesmen First Basemen Gus Albert's two errors, the Commodores kept pace with Washington's late rally and won 8-5.  Lutcher and John Deasley each drove in three runs, as both teams turned to their bullpens after solid starts, and both teams' pitching imploded during the late innings.  Veteran hurler Jim MacDonald walked four Washington batters in a row in the first rally in the 8th inning that garnered three runs and a perilous lead.

Boston 2 - Philadelphia 0

Fred Tenney and Kid Butler hit home runs in their second straight games, and Ed McDonough threw a 3-hit shutout as the Clippers blanked the Yellowjackets.

Pittsburgh 6 - New York 5
It may have required a grand slam home run my Matt Broderick, and an immediate homer afterwards by Jack Cronin for the Hornets to become the first team all year to the Knights.  Paul Ackourey and David Bickel each hit back-to-back homers for New York to keep things close.   Charlie Armbruster pitched 2 2/3 innings for his professional debut, and Pittsburgh's first save of the season.
